When will my order ship?

It's our utmost priority to get orders shipped down as quickly as possible for any and all orders.

At the moment, orders ship out within 24-48hrs from our facility on the west coast. For standard shipping, customers on the west coast usually receive orders 3-5 days from order date and for customers on the east coast it can take 4-8 days.

We ship via USPS, which lately, has experienced delays across its entire network. Sometimes even after you are issued a tracking number, the system does not update the actual status on-time. Unfortunately, this is all on USPS's side so there's no way for us to check on this for you. Our advice is to rely on the estimates provided above, based on where you live.

How does your product help with my sleep?

Our products utilize hemp and herbal extracts to assist the body with sleeping naturally. Our products are not designed to "knock you out", rather, we thoughtfully formulated and selected the ingredients to gently send natural signals to your body that it's time to sleep by interacting with the related receptors in our body's natural endocannabinoid system. This affects the function of many hormones and neurotransmitters, the main one being the signal for sleep. We currently offer two products, Fall Asleep and Stay Asleep. Fall Asleep assists with getting your body ready to gently fall asleep and Stay Asleep helps keep you sleeping throughout the night. What are good sleep habits?

Some good sleep habits you can adapt are pinning down and creating a ritual. The CDC recommends that each adult obtains 7-9 hours of sleep, it is important to note that everyone’s body is different and some people operate well with more or less sleep than CDC guidelines. We recommend speaking with a local sleep specialist or a medical professional if you want more details about your sleep patterns and sleep health! 

Does your product have age restrictions?

Yes, our products are made for adults. You must be 18 years or older to use Fall Asleep or Stay Asleep.

Which product is right for me?

The answer is..... it depends upon you. We have found most people with sleep issues either have a hard time falling asleep or a hard time staying asleep. Sometimes our customers have a problem both staying asleep and falling asleep. The great news is all of our products can be used as a system. If you are having a problem falling asleep, the Fall Asleep, Under Tongue Tab may be the best fit for you. If you cannot stay asleep the Stay Asleep Pill may be your best answer. What's in Fall Asleep and Stay Alseep?

Our products contain two sets of ingredients, those active in helping us sleep and those present to aid in the integrity of the pills (so they don't break apart)

The active sleep ingredients are CBN (cannabinol), terpenes, Melatonin (1mg), and Peppermint

The pill integrity-related ingredients are: Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, PVP-40, mannitol (taste)

CBN is derived from US-grown hemp plants and was selected because it has been indicated to assist with sleep by connecting with our internal endocannabinoid system -- to naturally induce rest. CBN does not cause a psychoactive high, it is not intoxicating, non-habit-forming, and will not come up in a narcotics drug test. It is federally legal in the USA per the 2018 US Farm Bill.

Do you have samples ?

We do not currently have a sampling program, but first-time purchasers do qualify for our Good Sleep Guarantee, which states that if you don’t love the product after your first purchase, just reach out to us and we will refund you. Additionally, we often offer various discount codes on our website and our social media pages.

What’s your return policy ?

If you did not like the product and would like to return the product, you must reach out to the customer service team (email us at customer.service@sandlandsleep.com). Our CX team can help you coordinate a return and refund. Email us to learn more about our return and refund policy. 

For first time purchasers, we have a Good Sleep Guarantee. This guarantee states that you can receive a refund if the product does not work for you after first purchase. For returns after first purchase, please reach out directly to us at the email address stated above.

Where do you ship to ?

We ship with USPS, and are able to ship product anywhere in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
