How Sandland products work.
Your body absorbs CBN differently depending how you take it. Sandland’s under-tongue tabs work faster, helping you fall asleep quickly. Sandland’s pills take about an hour to have an effect, and last longer to help you sleep through the night. You can also take both together. Effects will vary based on your weight and tolerance, so feel free to up your dose if you decide you need more.

If you are taking a Fall Asleep, Under-Tongue Tab, place one or two tablets under your tongue 15 minutes before bedtime. The tablet dissolves quickly and takes effect in minutes.
If you are taking a Stay Asleep, Time Release Pill... please take one or two pills with 8 Oz of water and swallow the pills whole. The pills will take effect in about an hour and last throughout the evening leaving you feeling refreshed in the morning.

The answer is..... it depends upon you. We have found most people with sleep issues either have a hard time falling asleep or a hard time staying asleep. Sometimes our customers have a problem both staying asleep and falling asleep. The great news is all of our products can be used as a system. If you are having a problem falling asleep, the Fall Asleep, Under Tongue Tab may be the best fit for you. If you cannot stay asleep the Stay Asleep Pill may be your best answer.
